Tigaiga Club is the loyalty programme of Hotel Tigaiga & Suites, whose aim is to reward the loyalty of our clients and their trust in us.
Tigaiga Club is established on three levels, offering exclusive advantages to cardholders in the form of discounts and services according to their level of loyalty.
The user, once registered in the Tigaiga Club, will pass to the first loyalty level and will obtain a 10% discount from the first reservation, as well as other specific benefits for this level.
To move to the second level, the holder will have to have made reservations with at least 100 accumulated nights and, from that moment on, will receive a 15% discount on new reservations, as well as other specific benefits for this level.
To move to the third loyalty level, the cardholder must have booked at least 150 accumulated from that moment on, you will receive a 20% discount on new bookings, in addition to other benefits specific to this level.
Points are accumulated for the total number of nights you stay, for every night you stay you will receive 1 point. Every time you stay at Hotel Tigaiga & Suites and identify yourself as a member of Club Tigaiga you will earn points. In all cases, points are generated per adult person registered in the room.
The points expire after three years.
The user can become a member of Club Tigaiga by means of a brief registration form. Once they have completed the form, they will receive a confirmation email in which they will have to verify their account through a link that will take them to log in to our website. Registration in the Club Tigaiga Programme is free of charge and anyone over 18 years of age can apply for free access to the Loyalty Programme by filling in the online form. The discounts and benefits of the programme will only become valid when a reservation is made through our website.
No. Once registered, the holder remains at least in the first level as long as he/she makes his/her reservations directly with us. Hotel Tigaiga & Suites reserves the right to cancel the membership of those members who do not respect the conditions of participation.

The services and advantages will be offered exclusively to the reservation holder and his/her companion in the room they occupy. Hotel Tigaiga & Suites reserves the right to modify the conditions of participation in the programme at any time. The modifications will be notified to the members through the newsletter. Likewise, Hotel Tigaiga & Suites reserves the right to terminate the programme or replace it with another.
