The Cancellation Insurance covers trip cancellation costs up to €10,000/person. It includes trip cancellation costs for positive COVID-19 (see reasons for cancellation in the policy conditions).

Non-Refundable Rate bookings include a Cancellation Insurance which runs from the moment you book until check-in.

In case your cancellation is justified, the refund of the prepaid amount of the reservation will be made through the ARAG insurance company. The prepaid amount will not be refunded if the cause for cancellation is not stated in the general conditions of the policy or the event of a no-show at the hotel.
