Nicht nur freundlich und gut gelaunt ist Cesar bei der Arbeit, er ist auch mit sehr viel Herz und Seele dabei. Der richtige Mann am richtigen Ort. Leider wird die Bar oft nur während der kulturellen Veranstaltungen in der Lobby so richtig beansprucht.
Gäste sollten sich gerne einen „Mulata“ mixen lassen!

Cesar ist ein ganz ausgezeichneter Barkeeper. Meine Frau freut sich immer über seine exzellenten Drinks. Durch Cesar haben wir das Bedauern über den Abgang (Ruhestand) von Gregorio (Wanderführer und Barkeeper) überwunden.
Wir bewundern seine sehr guten Fremdspachkenntnisse (deutsch, französisch, englisch).
