<p>This pìcture can be seen in our Restaurante Tinguaro. It was painted by Ms. Wittkugel, a talented painter, teacher and pianist. You can discover in the picture the former operators swimmingpool: Enrique Talg Schulz (in a gray suit, right by the pool) and Enrique Talg Wyss, his son (front right wearing a black suit with hands on his back)<span id="more-2414"></span></p>

<p>The Martianez swimming pool was the first swimming pool in Puerto de la Cruz. It was built almost at the end of today&#8217;s beach promenade adjacent to the Palm Avenue. The swimming pool was in operation from 1940 to 1963 and meeting point of many social venues.</p>
