In recent months, we have completed several important renovations that enhance efficiency, sustainability, and service quality:

  • the complete renewal of the low-voltage installation throughout the entire basement, ensuring greater electrical safety and stable operation;
  • the installation of a shared photovoltaic system, allowing us to generate clean energy and reduce our carbon footprint;
  • the new flooring in the entire kitchen, which is more hygienic, safer, and more comfortable for our team’s daily work;
  • the integrated overhaul of the air-conditioning system, which provides greater efficiency, improved climate control, and optimal comfort throughout the hotel and
  • now the refurbishment of the machine room, with modernized equipment that optimizes energy consumption

These improvements bring numerous advantages: increased safety across all facilities, energy savings and sustainability, more pleasant and functional workspaces for our team, and an overall more efficient, quieter, and more comfortable operation of our technical systems.
